I`ve got an advert in the local fb group for a carer.
I`ve had 4 messages of interest and given more info. Waiting to hear back now.
It`s a nightmare recruiting new carers.
Bev is staying…its Becky whos leaving to go to uni…how very dare she!

I hope it works out for you. Getting good carers is a blessing. Not everyone is cut out for it.
My wife has been granted 25 hrs a week. Still no applicants.

Hi, not heard any further from those who asked for more info.
Thing is only 11 hours and they are higgle-de-piggledy…all over the place.
Might have to turn to yet another agency…hate them.
What steps have you taken to recruit?
