Hi everyone. Didnt get reply to previous message. Just wanted to ask if there’s anything i can take to help with dizziness. Im taking betahistine but it’s not helping. Also I have ringing in my ears today 
Was on steroids for 3 days. Dunno if that’s enuff
Hi Fee Tee. I use Cinnarizine for my vertigo and associated nausea. It does seem to help. Ringing in the ears is really annoying (I have it too) one of the things I have found helps is listening to music on headphones, it seems to be a distraction. The link G posted is excellent. Hope you find something to help.
