Hello.
For no real reason I just want to say how wonderful it was today. I rolled from Euston to Charing Cross in the beautiful bright winter sunshine. I felt positive. I was grateful for my chair and the assistance I’d received getting from Liverpool.

Glad to hear a about something nice.Ive only been on a train once in my wheelchair but the staff were brilliant, i cant praise them enough.

Good to read that Steve. It’s a good thing to take stock sometimes and appreciate even the little things. I’m trying to do a mental gratitude list each morning, before I get up. It’s surprising how much there is to be grateful for. X

In everyday livung i try to find something however small to be thankful for.After saying that some days are easier than others to find something. Im usually a cup half full kind of person. Joxx
