OK, it isn’t actually new just much more prevalent. Only way I can describe it is this:
Anyone else find that, although you are not out of breath, your legs just feel a mix of heavy and numb? Not sore but your legs just go rock solid, like they are made of stone and takes about half an hour to feel like normal legs again?
Heavy leg syndrome is what I call it. Wasn’t always like this but it frequently takes me a while now before my legs start to feel normal.. normal as I usually are without the heavy legs. It just feels harder to move.. pick my feet up when walking. The feeling does always go, just taking more time nowadays. Maybe it’s just how it is now. Wishing you all the best with your symptoms and maybe it’ll get better for you.

Thanks, just glad I not alone or making it up.
Hi PaulMcGaw, I have SPMS and I’ve felt like this pretty much since day 1, although back then it wasn’t quite as bad as it is now. Mine never goes away, it’s there 24/7 I do take Baclofen to try and ease it, I also get spasms, I try not to take too much as this can increase the fatigue, but yes sadly I know what you’re feeling, not sure what advice I can give, maybe speak with your team, if you have one, take care,
Jean
