Have you seen the new MS Society exercise videos…? I’m going to try them out tomorrow, but I have got some problems…
I can’t lie down on the floor. Well, I probably could lie down on the floor, but would not be able to get up. Yes, I could do the exercises on my bed, but I would prefer to learn how to stand up if I do find myself lying flat on the floor. I am guessing that there are probably certain steps to go through in order to be able to stand up. Also, I cannot knee down either. I can bend my knees, so it is not a mechanical issue. I just cannot manipulate them so that I can stand up from being flat on the floor. Standing up from a bed or a chair is OK, perhaps a bit wobbly, but quite achievable with bent knees. It’s just when my legs are straight.
Got any ideas…?
