Hi there… I’m new to this site and was diagnosed last summer. I’m struggling with numbness and burning pain in my feet. They felt better in hot weather but are now very bad despite trying to keep them warm. I’ve been put on gabapentin for a year now and very little improvement so I was wondering if anyone had a similar issue and had any advice going into winter?
Hi Mandi, I don’t really have any advice as such but yes sometimes my feet feel as if they are really hot and at other times cold. There doesn’t seem to be any pattern to these changes but I am more aware of them at night in bed. When they feel cold I rest then, alternately, on the calf of my other leg. If find it helps
