Good luck I’m in the same situation on Friday, I’m scared they’ll find something and scared they won’t.

That’s how I feel lol…terrified they will give me answers but afraid they may …xx

Good luck

Question for Karen…would you expect to see new lesions after 16 months on new MRI?? Just wondering whether seeing new ones would be expected Kate X

Good luck tomorrow - really hope it’s good news for you

Wishing you good luck for tomorrow, hope the results are good.

How did you get on?

Sorry, I didn’t see this in time. The answer is: it depends. If someone’s MS has been quiet, then no/maybe (maybe because not all lesions cause symptoms). If someone’s MS has been active, then yes.

How did it go??

Report from neuro radiologist states no change…just the lesions that were there before and believes them to be of no significance… So…neuro thinks the right sided weakness could be bio mechanical…wants me to swim couple times a week and try gentle weightlifting!!..not sure will manage this but will try if he thinks this is the problem… Question is…what do you all think…? He says if I have any probs to mail him and he will see me ASAP, otherwise see me in 3-6months for review… Kate Xx Really glad no new lesions on MRI

Hi kate

i haven’t seen any of your earlier posts but glad you don’t have MS

juat do as neuro says and hopefully you will be back to normal in no time

take care

Congrats on the lack of new lesions

I’d say give the suggestion a go - you never know!

Btw, I’ve gone years without new lesions and then got several new ones from one relapse, so I reckon a wait and see approach is pretty sensible. Nice to hear he didn’t discharge you - sounds like a neuro to stick with

Thanks for replies guys n gals…agree karen I think he is a very thorough neuro and am going to give it my all and see what happens BUT whether I have the energy to do these things is another matter… Lol One thing he said before I left was that the way the nhs worked no they had to be seen to be doing all they could to achieve an outcome rather than just diagnose like they could do before…guess this means he not really sure yet either but I trust him implicitly and will do as he asks and see… Speak soon when I have shoulder muscles like Arnold lol Kate Xxx
