Hi, hope everyone is doing well. I really hope you don’t mind me posting here, I joined a few years ago but ended up getting diagnosed with a different neurological condition but they dont have a good forum for asking questions!
I have worsening symptoms but they’re weird! I usually have shooting nerve pains in my arms and legs but lately they’re all over my body including my lady bits (so sorry 
) and I often have twitches in toes and fingers but lately its my forearm and stomach! These feel like such weird places for it. Does anyone else get nerve pain and/or fasticulations everywhere or in unusual places?
I have nerve pain in my hands and feet and sometimes my left arm and legs.
I find Nortriptyline helps me sleep and Baclofen helps with spasms.
Speak to your Neurologist and or GP.

100% - I won’t share exactly where but I have a little invisible gremlin that likes to stab me in the most random of places when I’m not expecting it. My big toe was attacked last night but some of the more private areas are so concerning. Luckily they don’t last too long and I am comforted (?) to know that it’s due to the damage in my brain but still…when it catches me off guard……
