I’ve posted a few times about this too Carlos. Suggestions on here were along the lines of food intolerance… I cut out lactose for a week. Slightly better but no real improvement. I’ve always been proud of my flat stomach, for a woman of my age so it’s pretty disappointing. Threw a hissy fit last night. Trying on my dresses from last summer for my upcoming holiday…Oh dear. I don’t eat rubbish nor do I eat a lot. I’ll be really interested in any replies too!
Oh Dear! The bloating thing is really uncomfortable. So I do sympathise tremendously with other folk who suffer from this. Not only have my torso muscles gone totally flabby I too am steadily gaining weight. No matter how much I try to reduce my intake it still piles on. My flat tummy is long gone!
I find the bloating occurs when I eat any kind of carbs? Everything from potatoes to pasta. It’s just not fair. I do find that real mint cordial with some water after my evening meal does seem to help with bloating and bowel spasms.
Not sure if this advice will be any help but it may be worth a try at the mint Carlos.
