Lately both arms, legs and hands individually have contortions? Not shakes but they move around very much rigidity on they’re own randomly.
Today woke up not being able to feel both legs thought about moving them and tried too but couldn’t one bit. Took 1 hour before tingling started and I was able to pull myself around to stand, been shuffling feet along all day, luckily didn’t collapse walking my dog.
Then my left hand has been twitching in this way on and off all day so have my right fingers
As of tonight it’s just been my left forearm and hand however my left hand seems catatonic somewhat and it hurts just to stretch out fingers, pinky finger on left is curled over when I stretch fingers out they ache in the joints on them and tremble.
My pinky won’t go straight and shoots off to the side if it is fully straight it’s only for a second, it then retracts and stays crooked / curled over and aches, trying to move it it just twitches. Then like I said will straighten back out not fully and shoot off to the side tremble and retract.
Awaiting my mri results that are urgent to know about yet it’s been shy of 4 or 5 weeks awaiting the results.
However if you have this happen also and know any physio tricks to do at home that can help somewhat please let me know. Any advice or knowledge on what’s happening for this to occur in my left hand please let me know.
It would be a great help thanks. Take care.
I have occasional muscle spasms where my entire arm will jerk, and I’ve dealt with the legs not moving at all for short periods. Have you contacted your doctors about these current issues? Even without the MRI results, this is something that you should tell them.
The best I can suggest is to to stay rested and relaxed, as hard as that is right now. The more stressed you are, the more your body is going to tense up.
Doctors are in disbelief towards me and aren’t very helpful, usually say they can’t do anything or blame me for it in some twisted way. I don’t know why it’s just what they do.
Awaiting to see a new specialist however so should be able to have more answers then.
Well that would be good but sadly I can’t stay rested or relaxed at all even though I want to and try and do relax at times because I have these issues randomly throughout the whole day everyday and they won’t ever go away.
My symptoms aren’t just every now and then and they don’t go away at all it’s constantly happening.
But yeah thanks for the advice……
Also have to await the mri results for further help because they haven’t even figured out what form of MS it is yet, but from everything I go through it doesn’t seem like RRMS.
You were helpful it’s just I’ve already tried these avenues you’ve suggested and thought about them and it doesn’t work and won’t work. That’s why I came here because i thought someone with the same symptoms could say something which helps them calm these things down without doctors throwing pills your way or without just trying to be relaxed.
Thank you tho.
Also I’m not highly stressed.
I’ve accepted my symptoms and this is constantly happening to me was just hoping for more in-depth advice you know.
Thanks anyway.
thanks for the awesome information.
