What can be done to combat MS Tremor?
What type of tremor? Intermittent eye twitching, left cheek, all fingers in my left hand or muscles in your back?
I am suffering from really bad tremors and full body jerks. It is horrible. I am going to try relaxation techniques to see if they work.
Relaxation not working. I guess I will have to learn to live with it!
