Hi I have ME not MS and I suddenly started getting tremors over my body and I jerk awake at night when trying to fall asleep. The tremor gets worse the closer I get to sleeping and then I get hit with a jerk which stops me from getting stage 3 sleep (REM). Has anyone with MS got this symptom and what do you take for it? I read clonazepam might help this symptom but not sure. I have to see my doctor next week about this
