Came back ‘satisfactory’ so what happens next? Does it completly rule out ms?
I would get a copy of the actual report.
The outcome of my mri from the original neuro to the ms neuro were very different.
What do you mean?
It was the secretary at my doctors surgery that told me. I have an appointment with my doctor tomoro so I’ll ask him exactly what it says
im always end my appointments by asking if they would send me a copy of the letter they send to my gp.
and they are very useful for evidence eg claiming dla/pip, blue badge etc.
it’s a bit shocking that they don’t copy us in out of common courtesy.
good luck

The actual mri report often includes some info that is not always put in letters even to your GP.
Ah ok, so when I go tomorrow I just ask him to print me out a copy?
You should also ask for a copy of the MRI scan itself (if you haven’t already). I have both of mine on discs (and will request one for my MRI next month) so that subsequent radiologists can look at them to compare in follow up MRIs and so I have the complete story to provide my neuro (or any new neuro if I change). Cost was £25 for the one I had done on the MHS. Xx
Hi, i was wondering what happened. Did you have any further tests? I have an appt next week but I asked the secretary and she said the result was satisfactory. Thanks
