Hi, I’ve also been a bit concerned.

Anyway I just found a post of hers and sent her a PM asking if she’s ok. She will get an email saying she has a PM… so hope to hear back and will let you know.

Hi Everyone

Thanks for your concern. I suppose I’ve been busy with all sorts but with the brain fog at its best I can’t remember what! I hope you’ve all had a lovely Christmas and that you’re looking forward to a great new year. I will try and visit regularly again, just something to put on my new calendar underneath the order to remember to keep breathing.

Hi Nina and yes thanks, we had a quiet but very nice Christmas. My dad was dx with motor neurone disease which unfortunately has affected his breathing muscles so he’s getting very frail very quickly. That’s one of the reasons I haven’t really been about. I tend to hide from the world when I’m down or very stressed. We’re all just very grateful he’s survived this long.

I can’t fault the nhs or my Neuro and his team though. No matter what anyone says, when you’re very poorly they do look after you. I’m sorry for vanishing like I did, you’re a lovely group who I know care and offer support. I hope I can sometimes offer you the same.
