hubby what’s to start taking magnesium supplements, can someone recommend a quality product and where best to purchase .

I get mine online. There are lots of websites that specialise in supplements, like Healthspan or Big Vitd To be honest I don’t pay much attention to who makes them, and have had various brands in the past. They’ve all done the job though (I take it for restless leg syndrome).

I buy from lamberts on line they are much stronger,I also use the spray which is good
