Morning guys Decided I’m gonna start taking magnesium , any recommendations, thoughts Thanks Gray x
Leafy greens.
I’m Vegetarian and eat alot of leafy greens, so… I was never worried my Magnesium levels were low.
However…
I started taking extra Magnesium in the form of Boots General Health A-Z tablets - hoping it would resolve my muscle fasciculations… it has not.
I use magnesium oil , which is brilliant and also took mmagnesium in relapse, u should take zinc with it if memory is right. Zoe

I started taking Magnesium (300mg) just before I go to bed.
They really help with the cramps and spasms and I sleep so much better taking one.
Apparently they help with lots of stuff. They are also helping my hot flushes that I have started getting.
Strongly recommended by me. It is nice to wake up with the alarm clock rather than lying there from 3ish onwards.

Result Just been to morrisons for milk, and they had magnisium tablets buy one get one half price,
I started taking it a while ago to try and help with cramps when I exercise, seem to be a bit better.
I take one on a night,it helps with my spasms and helps me sleep better too,it really does help me.

if ur like most of us ms peeps gray go to lanzarote for sun and also they do the nicest effervesent (if thats how u spell it) lemon flaver we take enough tabs so go fizzy lol x
ps you can get them in holland and barrett if u cant get to lanzarote or on line x
