Hello Solarian,
I am also very interested and read about above research, I also watched fantastic fungi (Paul Stamets).
My mother has primary progresive MS, and she is completly wheelchair bound for aproximately 10 years now, she can barely move her hands, so almost no movement and serious bladder control problems.
We have started taking Lion`s Mane tincuture together with Reishi tincture, from a local supplier whom I trust (dual extraction process- ultrasound extraction process), in addition with powder based supplements (other local supplier) which contain other mushrooms as well. I will go into describing dosages when we will have better results.
For now we observed involuntary movement in her left leg, which is a good sign I hope. Also some nights she can sleep with no interuption caused by the overactive bladder problems. Her mood has also significantly improved. So we are still hoping.
We have just started today taking cautiosly one small scope of willow bracket powder, from the only supplier I could find online [edited by Moderator] which I don`t fully trust but had no choice as I cannot find anything else online.
I found the mushroom in its raw form at a local supplier, but I would have to find a lab as I am not fully confident we could process it (create the extract) at home.
Could you please kindly share your insights, provide some ideeas on the way you tried to follow the reasearch, maybe some ideeas about the daily qty intake, any details are helpful.
Or if you think there is any possibility to create the willow bracket extract at home in laiman terms.
Thank you.
