Just a wee question, does anyone have light / dizzy head spells?
I have noticed i would be doing things and then i’d feel all wobbly etc thwn it would just pass as quick as it started ?
any ideas ?

Sounds like either a touch of vertigo or that your eyes aren’t quite keeping up when you move your head in a particular way. Both are pretty common. Karen x
Hi Martina, yeah I get them.
I always take them as a warning sign that I’m overdoing things. Maybe slow down a bit when you’re getting them… take it easy for a while.
