Hey there! For two months now I have been on ketogenic diet (keto diet where carbs are reduced to minimum).
Does anybody had experience with it?
I personally feel much better, not using so much pain medication…
However would like to know your thoughts on this 
I have done the diet .keto diet is about using fat no sugar little carb
i did this for 2 months.the only effect it had was it stopped me sleeping.
i really want some energy the only thinG that works is branch chain amino acId
this will build muscle but you have to wOrk the muscle
