I’m totally with you @Denbyblade. I’m 13 years diagnosed, still up and active (lucky I know) and I really don’t let it define me. I’m pleased to hear the drugs seem to work for you. Interested to know how you protect yourself from infection risk and if you’ve picked up many? I’m due to fly four days before I can take my covid & flu jabs, due to terrible advice, so wondered if you’ve travelled since jabs and did you take additional precautions?
Good morning! Well I did expect to get more colds etc but decided that I’d not modify my behaviour at all and just wait and see what happened. I’ve now been on k a year and if anything I have had fewer colds etc than before - in fact I’m not sure if I’ve had any. So I have taken literally zero precautions before flying or doing anything else - no mask etc. I am probably acting against advice and am a terrible example. Sorry!
Thanks. Glad to hear you’re still doing well and going strong with K. I know everyone is individual but this is reassuring. Everyonr at home is ill at the moment. Husband has vile cold and cough. Kids are showing signs. I seem ok. That said I’m sleeping top and tail with him and no kissing haha! But kids I’m still hugging and kissing loads. .
Weird, eh!
Hopefully I don’t catch it, went for a small jog/run today and hoping to build back to 5km.
