I hope everyone is managing to keep cool on the hot weather at the moment!
I’m looking for advice and tips for keeping cool at night to help manage symptoms of MS. I try not to have the window open because it faces the road and I’m often woken up being a light sleeper. We also have HS2 very close by which operates into the night! With the wind in the right direction it’s quite loud.
I’m looking for a fan that doesn’t take up too much space. I’ve also seen a cooling blanket, has anyone used one? Are they effective?
I can use ice packs when I go to bed so I’m looking for something to help during the night. I’m finding my symptoms are still at their worst around 3am and make it harder to get back to sleep.
I struggle to regulate my body temperature which has been more difficult since having a severe Covid infection 3 years ago. I’m also Autistic and have ADHD so a double whammy of heat intolerance!
