Does anyone get flu-like symptoms and generally feels unwell with ms symptoms and is worse with ms hug. The flu-like symptoms come and go.

i don’t have flu-like symptoms but generally feel (and look) 50 shades of shit.
maybe that is why you perceive it as flu-like.
or certain dmts (beta interferons) have that side effect.
get yourself cosy and warm, take it easy and have whatever childhood drink you have when poorly (i’m on hot ribena).

To be honest i dont know what im describing other than i feel awful. When feel terrible its always the same feeling, more pain like the onset of flu i you know what i mean, and then it goes.

I’ve had one severe episode of flu-like symptom where I too thought I was going to die - not literally but feeling as c…p as this makes you wish you could put your head under the covers. I did feel better after a couple of days rest.
MS is a strange condition. No two folks have exactly the same but most have similar at different rates and severity. So, yes this could well be MS related as our immune systems take a knock as well.
As Carol says wrap yourself up and don’t feel guilty about staying cosy till the “flu” passes.

I think im coming out the other side now. Iv had lots of tests in the past to find the cause o this re-occuring flu-like things, but nothing found. So yes maybe its just my immune system struggling from time to time.
