Intense burning sensation down right hand side

Over the past few weeks I’ve started getting really bad burning sensations down my right side. It goes down my arm, leg and groin and feels like I’m going to pee. It feels like acid going through my veins and is extremely painful. I did inform my nurse but haven’t heard anything back.
Does anyone know how to help with the pain?
Thanks

Update

Now on Clonazipan, half in morning and half at night. Also Gabapentin 300mg 6 times a day. The spasms and burning down my right side are daily now and extremely painful. Only way I can get some relief is to sit in chair and bend forward and rest on a pillow. Not ideal for my back but it’s the only way I can get some sleep. Mostly light sleep at night when I do fall asleep. Exhausted all the time and when the fatigue kicks in I’m dead to the world. Not getting any better/easier. Waiting to find out if I can go on Ponvory. It will only slow it down but won’t do anything for the spasms and burning.
Anyone taking anything that helps with the spasms and burning or doing anything that may help.
Many thanks.

I’m on a combination of Gabapentin and Amitriptyline, which is keeping the burning/pins and needles down to a tolerable level.

Hi. I can’t take Amitriptyline because I also have epilepsy. The pain is driving me mad. I can’t even go out for a short walk due to pain.

Used to have burning in my feet that gradually spreads up my legs mid chest whilst getting more intense as the day went on. The more tired I get the worse it gets and the faster it spreads. Been using Amitriptyline for that. I sometimes still get a little burning feeling if I’ve overdone things but I decided I’d not increase the Amitriptyline as I could use the little burning every now and then as a sign I need to take it easy.

Oh and a bonus with Amitriptyline is it can help you fall asleep. I take it an hour or so before bed and fall asleep easily :slightly_smiling_face:
