Hi, I’m quite old-fashioned and I’m trying to find incontinence pants that cover my buttocks. I guess I’m looking for some that are more like trunks. Do they exist?

Thanks for the replies. You can actually buy trunks with pads built in, but these are for men. The best thing I’ve found for women are fixation pants, where you buy the pads separately, and Tena night pants.

Step One actually make some ladies shorts which are really comfy and which can be used as fixation pants. There’re a bit pricey, but they are more robust. The Tena fixation pants are washable, but my carers rip big holes in them so they always get thrown away before they can be washed. However, I made the mistake of buying black ones, so they have got mixed up with my sons’ washing, but it is given me and excuse to buy some more in bright colours.
