I have an over active bladder which doesn’t empty fully. It’s managed with Botox and CISC.
However when it starts to wear off I get symptoms of urge incontinence back, so am back in pads until the procedure is carried out again.
Ladies what product would you recommend?
I find Tena bulky and uncomfortable.
Always are nice, thin comfortable pads but don’t soak it all up, contrary to what the lady in the advert says.
I’ve never tried Tena or Always pants.
Do any of you have any recommendations please?
Hiya flowerpot,
Have you spoken to the continence team, as you could be assessed for pads? It’s just an idea, I know they do a selection of different sizes. I believe you have to do a 3 day fluid in and out chart, well that’s what use to happen I know things are always changing. Hope this helps you.
I’ve used the Tesco own brand pants they were comfy and held the wee well maybe a little bulky in the bum but I could live with that. I was double incontinent after having my baby and again (although only the wee) during my relapse and I never leaked
I use the always ones now for leakage they are good.
