Does anyone else have this thing where they never feel hungry? I eat because I don’t want to lose more weight but if my meal is delayed by two or even three hours, I don’t feel any different than if I eat at the normal time. I take clomazepan, fampyra, simvastatin, and regurin so it could be one of those - does anyone else take one of them and feel like this?
How horrible for you. I lose my appetite when I’m relapsing, and it is something I really hate about being ill. Otherwise, my appetite’s fine. Food is such a pleasure, or should be, and I really hate being off my feed.
Worth having a meds review with a pharmacist to get an informed view on what role the meds might be playing?
I hope that things improve.

After a recent fall, my mother lost her appetite as a side-effect of the medication she was put on (Tramadol). Has anything recently changed about your usual routine, or the meds you take ?

I started on the Simvastatin four (?) months ago. I think I might have lost my appetite before that but it could have been timed with that.
Loss of appetite is one of the side-effects with Simvastatin.
Probably best to mention your lack of appetite to your GP. He/She should be able to look at all your current medications and determine whether one of these may be the cause.
Good luck !
