Hello lovely people
My MS is getting worse and I’ve now been told I’m being made redundant after 15 years. Yes my sickness absence is high but I absolutely deliver for the organisation. I’m not looking for advice as such, I have coaches guiding me and solicitors dealing with the legal side. I’d love a virtual hug though and sending my love and prayers to anyone else going through such an awful time

I’m so sorry you’re going through this, especially as it’s not a mutual agreement.
I was let go in February, also not my decision and know how it makes you feel.

@Loublou and I hope you get justice you rightly deserve for the injustice being done to you.
That’s pretty harsh. I’ve been let go and made redundant near Christmas a few times over my working life and, it’s horrible. I know it’s easy to say but, I’m sure you don’t need the extra worry and stress so, allow the process to work it’s way through and, try to take it easy as best you can.
Hopefully things will get better for you either quickly or, early in the new year.

Thank you for your kind words, but unfortunately I’ve not been able to work since because of an accumulation of issues I’ve been experiencing since February.
