Lion, The countdown is when I definitely need to go and I’m attempting to trick the urgency. If I’m coming through the front door, I’ll start at 50. If I’m already in the house, maybe watching TV, I’ll start the countdown at 20. I always aim to be ready to take aim and fire by the time I get to say between 5 and 10. It doesn’t always work but it certainly has reduced the “oh flock” episodes. Derek

Im 34 i had a shock tonight wen i wet myself fully normally i can make it was awful.I couldn’t stop it sat up sobbing feeling beat :frowning:

Hi, you may get more replies if you started a new thread with your post. Youve tagged on to a very old one. It is a shock when our continence is challenged....but it is a very common MS symptom and youre not alone. I went through years of wetting myself…I tried a variety of meds to calm my urgent bladder and found BETMIGA the best one, with no side effects. I now have a supra pubic catheter, which is great as I have no mobility. Bouds xx

I did this on the way to a local fair jeez in the car i couldnt stop it. i had to stay in the car whilst my husband found a stall wearing some undergarments and a pair of trousers. never forget it. it was closer to go forward then backward. I still went to the fair lol. we got a towel too and tried to dry the seat off a bit. left the window open. gosh that was over 10 years ago shows how long this stupid disease has been haunting me. when I was still able we would go away and every route had to be mapped out to toilet breaks lol. x
