I announce in February I had proposed to my long time girlfriend.
Well we got married last Friday (21st).
Great family day and my mum who is 89 made it.

Lots of good results with Biotin - especially bladder control. Been reading lots on the facebook group Biotin for Progressive MS.
And also on here - on PPMS page. People managing to go all through the night without getting up for the loo. Now that is a good result!! A life-changer. Also improvement in eye-sight problems.
