I have been keeping a video diary since my diagnosis (started 10 minutes after dx) and have started uploading them to youtube.

I am finding keeping a video blog helps. Just talking to someone, even my iphone seems to be a useful thing for me to do, if only to go back and see what I was like in the past…
I’ve only uploaded a few of the many videos so far, have you done something like this? do you think it’s worth it?

haha thanks… I didn’t realize I had made so many videos until I started uploading them! hopefully some of them might be able to help someone who is going through the same thing as me.
