has anyone got any good recommendations for disabled - friendly locations to holiday abroad
Hi, we go to Spain a lot and have found the locals there to be very good, also they make areas disabled friendly, we’re going to an apartment next June which is supposed to be disabled friendly, lift to the apartment, all on one level, we always fly with Jet2, again they have always been great, I take my wheelchair, they use a lift to get you on board, you get through the airport on both sides really well and quickly, I have always been well looked after, in fact we’re going again at xmas to a villa we’ve been to many times, lovely place, has it’s own pool, although at xmas you can’t use it, the only thing with the villa is you need a a car, but my hubby likes driving abroad, hope this helps, go on give it a go, what have you got to lose. x x
