Hi all

Hi all how you doing today my legs are doing well for once so went shopping on scooter missed the rain, which is good as l don,t have a cover yet next on my list after food bills ect,I did a little baking for my daughter as you do, as she cannot have wheat. My gp did a blood test when l went for flu jab now tells me levels are low and l have to eat a banana a day l used to like them but not every day.

I have been worrying about the gas putting it up about £80 a year or so the man on radio said we just scrape buy now l think my next patchwork will have to be a thick quilt for us all to sit on the sette under.

Well all take try and keep warm Jan xx

Hi Jan, you and I both well today! I also went out on scooter, had a bit of lunch, got back and then went for little walk down road. Few days ago I could barely walk to bathroom! How weird is this MS!

Did gp tell you what you are short of? When I have fatigue meltdowns I usually find a banana will pick me up. I now always have one a day (you get used to it). Wondered if it was patasium? (think that’s spelt wrong).

I’m lucky to be all electric here and pay a fixed monthly charge for heating… so makes no odds if I have it on all the time. One of the joys of sheltered housing.

6.30 here and already dark and pis5ing down with rain! Glad to be cosy at home.

Have nice evening and weekend,

Pat x
