Help please fatigue and getting to work

Hi everyone, I work for a company it has in my contract that I can be moved around, but due to my ms I can’t travel to far out because I suffer from extreme fatigue.Does this mean that I am going to lose my job because it has in my contract that I can move.Does anyone have any experience of my situation, and can advise me,as I don’t want to lose my job but I can’t manage travelling to far. thanks

Hi, sorry I dont have experience of this, but if you have a union rep, you could ask them, eh?

Hopefully someone will soon be along with better advice.

Not necessarily. An MS dx gives the employer certain obligations, including the legal requirement that they make 'reasonable adjustments to your job and working arrangements to help you stay working. How ‘reasonable’ is defined will depend on a number of factors, including the size of the company and the specific nature of your job and the specific nature and cost of the changes you need. You need to think about what it is you need, I think, and then talk to them about how they can help you. If it is ‘reasonable’ for them to make the changes you need, they are legally obliged to do it.
