Heat change

Has the sudden heat in last 2 days affected others and what symptoms?

I get heat intolerance from my MS and Graves’ disease, it’s horrible and I need to stay in the shade; it makes my limbs feel all heavy and badly affects my coordination.

No heat up here in Scotland but I know from personal experience that , for me, anything much above 23 or so is a problem. Everything becomes a real effort and I’ve no energy on top of which my symptoms become worse. Shade and a breeze helps but in general heat is hard work.

i love the winter hate heat. its like wading through concrete to walk. i rarely even have heating on in the winter its draining. i found out about this problem at the beginning of my journey. SUDDENLY the bath i loved got colder and colder after a normal one left me stuck in it for ages lol. hey if i was back in victorian times i would have been diagnosed with MS as this was a test they did so simple but so accurate.
