Does anybody suffer with pain and numbness in their head ? What do you do to relieve the pain or help reduce the numbness. I have suffer with headaches for eight years.
Hi, my sister who has just been dx’d with chronic fatigue syndrome gets really bad headaches, their not sure yet whether or not she has MS, was prescibed Gabepentin, because the neuro said it was nerve pain, hope this helps. x

i get numbness in head affected eating and swallowing-i guess an attack was the root of the problem. it did wear off after 6 weeks but affects have been long lasting-like lost well over 4 stone!
headaches have never had-probably a reason why i am mum of 4
have u tried meditation for the headaches?
