had my first dose of copaxone today

my MS nurse came over about 1 hour ago to show how to inject my copaxone, she was lovely she showed me the two options for me to use I have decided on the auto injection,

I was shaking like a leaf when I did the first one, I did not feel the injection going in, why was I worried?

it was stinging about a few seconds later after the injection, she told me to go round the injection site but no pressure just to disapate the copaxone, now its stopped stinging.

Congrats!!! It does get easier - you’ll soon get the hang of it & some areas wont sting at all. Just remember to vary the exact spot you jab & rotate round jab sites
