I’m in Chester and thinking about joining a gym… any suggestions on where’s good and not too expensive?
Your local group is probably best placed to advise on what is available in your area.
Great idea to keep your muscles as strong as possible though.
Hi, I guess there are quite a few that are local to Chester, I guess you are best looking around them. I see there is a new on near the Northgate leisure centre that maybe worth looking at as I don’t think you have to sign up for a long contract.
I have had MS for a long time and the gym is a really good idea.
