Great day trip to London in an electric wheelchair

Morning all,

Went on a day trip to London yesterday aboard my electric wheelchair. Had a great day and with a little organisation I would really recommend it!

Caught the train to Kings Cross and then taxi to London Eye and also did the river cruise. The boat even had a lift so we could sit on the top desk, although it ws pretty cold yesterday!

You get a free carer’s pass for both attractions , they are set up really well for both.

If you are thinking of taking the plunge, go for it!

Wiped out today , but worth it

2 and a 1/4 hours both ways, really impressed by the staff on the trains and the attractions, couldn’t do enough!
