some of you may remember me from the old board as Casey - well i am back.
The last couple of years i was on the drug trial for Fingolimod which has now been accepted by NICE and is prescribed as Gilenya. Last week i took receipt of my first prescription on the NHS. It feels like a huge step forward in the treatment of MS and my nurse tells me another ‘pill’ is being trialed next year.
i think this is a very exciting time for MS treatments. Here is to a better looking future.
