Hi everyone Can anyone help, I am going mad with the pain in my feet and lower legs, their freezing even though I have two pairs of socks boots and a blanket around me.last night I hardly slept even with bed socks on, but could not kill the pain. Has anyone else got or had this? By the way taking Amitriptyline 50mg and Pregabalin 50mg at bed time. Thanks Deborah
You could try resting your feet on a hot water bottle, or, apply a blast from a hair dryer.
I had this a couple of years ago and found that putting my feet on a hot water bottle helped a bit.
Is there anyone who can give you a nice foot massage
