can"t afford it! can’t believe the price either! we looked at this plot of land a few years ago, couldn’t afford that either, had loads of restrictions, they do seem to have overcome those but still no way they will get over a million for it!, it’s a nice spot, just not that nice! Oh well have to carry on looking, get this valued, This HS2 business is a pain in the proverbial!

a few footballers have mansions in westhoughton where i live.
we don’t have HS2 though although possibly the one from manchester would have to pass through.

It was a ridiculous price for the land! I think the people who were trying to sell with pp, hence restrictions, must have built before the pp lapsed. HS2 will be 160 metres from our front door!, we really need to think about it, not so much much the trains, more the construction phase, looks like they may site a compound where the cows are now! oh well at least they aren’t knocking this down unlike 20+ in the villagvillage
