I forgot my password and clicked on the link so I can set a new one. Trouble is, in order to change the password I have to enter my previous password. Er, I FORGOT THE LAST PASSWORD WHICH IS WHY I NEED A NEW ONE
Can the powers that be on this site tell me how I can get round this problem???

yes, contact one of the admins and they should be able to help you.
i was off the site for 6 months because my email provider (bt.com) suddenly didn’t know me.
so i couldnt enter my email address and couldn’t get any further.
my technologically adept son helped me set up a new email account (gmail.com) and i had to make a new password but i’m back on now.

When clicking on the forgotten password link on the login screen: MS Society UK | Forum, you should be sent an email with a link to change your password. It shouldn’t ask for you old password.
This maybe a glitch, we will take a look at this today.
