Fischer walking sticks - help! (please!)

Could any one help? I need to buy a Fischer handled walking stick, but being awkward I don’t just want a black one! Having searched the Internet as you do I have found various types. The best one so far seems to e a German company called Kowsky but these seem fairly thick and heavy. I wondered if anyone knew of any others, possibly folding and nearer the diameter and weight of the stick I use now which is a trekking pole type (but with a proper handle)? I know I am probably being far too particular as usual, but this thing has to go everywhere with me nowadays and I want it to feel ‘right’! Thanks and take care x Lilbill

Hi there, I bought my green, paisley one from aidmobility online. Hth, Teresa xx

Thanks for that list Charlie. I had already found the Switch Sticks website and looked longingly at all the lovely bight colours, but cringed at the prices (nearly £50 if you include postage!). But I suppose I’ll just have to ‘treat’ myself to one. Gone are the days of pretty high heeled shoes being the treat! Thanks again, Lilbill x

Hi Teresa, Aidmobility do have some nice ones, my search must have missed them! Thanks again, Lilbill x

Verko - do a lovley range of unusual patterned folding sticks - even union jack/ zebra print/spotted
