Hey everyone. Posting for first time even though I’ve had MS for 2 & a 1/2 years.
Has anybody on here found these forums helpful in normal life or are they only a way to connect/talk?

Hi sparky. Not quite sure what you mean by ‘in real life’?
That’s not what I said.

easiest way is to introduce yourself, say something about where you are with MS and ask any questions that you might have about MS , or just go ahead and tell people that you would like to build links with anyone who is experiencing this or that. Unless you actually put some info out there people won’t know !
I’ve done that in another group now, I just wanted to try to ease myself in first.
