Finally The Clocks Have Changed!

Heyyy y’all, been ages since I was last on here

I’m so beyond super duper happy that clock’s have finally gone back

I’m still smoking (weed and fags)..but imma stop in the new year…I promise..!

I’ve been going to the gym, 3 times a week, every week. I’m seeing results in my clothes….I’ve got this really nice coat that I couldn’t wear for 2 years cos it’s a medium and I was too fat for it (!) and that was my aim, to get back into that coat for this coming winter….I’ve still got a way to go though

I’m going to Kidderminster for the week tomorrow to visit my Dad - he’s been diagnosed with MND and he’s just getting worse and worse every time I see him. It’s really hard to watch. I feel so helpless. But they have sold their house and are moving back down south (I live in London)…back to the ends. He turned 64 in August, and was diagnosed in January this year, and decline I’ve seen in him is astounding. He was on a drug trial but it was no good

It makes my MS seem not so bad, when I compare it to what’s going on with my Pops. I was lucky though, I had Lemtrada (in 2015 & 2016) and I’m still walking without a stick…! Though that of course is not everything (my toilets are bad…I feel like I play a game with toilet and never win)

But anyway, worse things happen at sea, right?

Sorry to hear of your dad’s MND diagnosis. It really does make MS seem not too bad. All the best going forward.

Retro.
