Not posted on here for ages but as there I thought I’d let you all know.
I’ve been living in a 1 bed bungalow for about a year now and feel great the have finally buil a wheelchair ramp to my front door and I have a powered wheelchair throught motability after being forced to give back my car as my symptoms have progressed and I can barely move around my home and can’t leave my home without support.
Glad to see you black. Even more happy for you that you have the powered wheelchair and have your independence back. Janet x
Yah great you can now get out even if it’s just a ride to the end of the street. Sometimes I just go round the block to feel the Sun on my face and the wind in my hair.
I’ve also recently aquired a little puppy so will be using my powered chair to take her for walks but so far I’ve only taken her out to my to my front garden, and she still seems scared of the outside.
Glad you have some independence back. Have fun with the puppy!
