I’m at work in a shop alone today. No one to call for help. This am I had a headache from hell (though I hadn’t been drinking) and now I feel like I’m drunk , on a boat, everything spinning. Had a cheese sandwich. Still no better. Struggling with vision to. Any advice other than go home. I would if I could.
Can’t you call the owner of the shop?
Sounds as if maybe you should go to A&E. Is there absolutely nobody that you can call in an emergency?
If things get worse (although it sounds bad enough) shut the shop and go to A&E.

Cheers. I was hoping that I’d feel better after I’d eaten. Nearest A &E 11 miles away. Don’t you just love rural areas! Felt like this when I started gabapentin. Been on pregabalin for over a year now fine. Is it just another symptom of ms?
Well yes it could be your MS playing up… but we should never ever assume something is MS. Just because we have MS doesn’t mean that other stuff won’t happen.
I think the headache does not sound like MS… and that with the other symptoms that have come on so suddenly is worrying… which is why I think a visit to A&E is justified.
If the headache continues or worsens I really think you should go and get it checked out. And you certainly shouldn’t be at work!
Hope you can manage to get something sorted and get along to the hospital.
