Hello. I have had MS symptoms come and go over the years. But over the past almost two years, one symptom has particularly persisted. It is extra-occular (eye muscle) tension that happens upon scrolling my smart phone or laptop screen. It feels like my eyes are “dizzy”, and this usually triggers nausea, actual dizziness and even headaches. The symptoms get better when I stop using the screen and rest my eye, but since my job and life always needs screens, this has been a huge cause of discomfort physically and psychologically. Has anyone faced the same thing? It does not get to the point of double vision. I tried changing glasses prescription, several supportive drugs, but nothing is working. It is not going away. Is there a way to fix it or a hope for it to subside?

Can’t say I experience this and I’m on a Computer and Console almost all day with minimal phone/tablet use. I hate the scroll stuff so much I just refuse to do it, opting for pages on sites/platforms I can. maybe try to minimise what scrolling you do by opting for pages where you can. If you have to scroll maybe try looking at a wall (furthest from your position) every few minutes, maybe look out of a window every 30 minutes or so.
