Electric Shocks in Calf

Hi there, I am a 20 year old male with some strange neurological symptoms. I have been feeling them for about 4 years now, however, 2 years ago I had a brain and cervical spine MRI which came back normal. Additionally, I had a thoracic and lumbar spine MRI last year that came back normal. I have been trying to put off my symptoms but they are starting to become annoying. I have slight ptosis and my eye aches on and off, and has been for the last 3 years. I have also recently started feeling an electric shock sensation down my calf whenever I run my hand over the muscle (it usually gets triggered when running over a vein or what I believe to be a nerve). Is this possibility with CNS damage or does it seem more likely to be some sort of peripheral nervous system damage? I have slight weakness in my left arm, which has been getting better with exercise. I often get a burning sensation in my back - just below my right shoulder blade, but this only happens when I arch my back for a couple minutes. I have been reading some FND stories because my GP diagnosed me with conversion disorder, however I am worried it might still be MS, especially because of the electric shocks in my left calf. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated, especially if you too have experienced the same.

Thanks
