Hi i follow you and saw this the other day and have got the ingredients coming today> I opted for flamed cooked chicken and the bacon you can buy which you can use for salads, as i dont do frying i dont have a cooker lol. I got Fagioli beans tinned and chickpeas and i will let you know how i get on it sounded lovely, thanks for sharing. x
